This privacy policy applies to the personal data that we collect from you when you use our mobile applications and website(s) related to these apps, managed by Kliiv Labs.

Our Privacy Policy tells you what personal data and non-personal data we collect from you, how we collect them, how we protect them, how we share them, how you can access and change them, and how you can limit our sharing of them. Definitions

Information we collect and how we use it

No personal information from children is collected

We do not collect personally identifiable information about you or your children through our apps. In other words, we do not collect information such as your name, address, phone number or email address.

When you contact us by email, occasionally we have access to your name, email address, and any information that you decide to provide us in your message. We use your personal data to respond to your enquiries and provide you with the requested information.

No Internet connection required

Kliiv Labs apps do not require an internet connection to work but some apps may try to access the internet to send and receive small amounts of data if you have an internet connection.

Third-party ads

For some other apps, we may integrate Google Admob (https://admob.google.com) to serve you third-party advertisements.

Analytics

We may use our third-party for some of our apps; the analytics service provider Firebase (https://firebase.google.com) which automatically collects the technical and non-personal data from you. We use such data to analyze the technical aspects of your use and optimize application to offer better services in our apps for your needs.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within our applications. In that case, we may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

Cookies

When you visit our website, occasionally we may send cookies to your computer that uniquely identify your browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service by storing user preferences and tracking usage information. Retention of Your Personal Data

We retain information that we collect from you (including your personal data) only for as long as we need it for its intended purposes or other legal, business, or tax purposes (if we have a legal basis to keep it). We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not intend to do so in the future.

If our business is sold or merges in whole or in part with another business that would become responsible for providing Kliiv Labs to you, we retain the right to transfer your personal data to the new business. The new business would retain the right to use your personal data according to the terms of this Privacy Policy as well as to any changes to this Privacy Policy as instituted by the new business. We also retain the right to transfer your personal data if our company files for bankruptcy and some or all of our assets are sold to another individual or business.

The security of your personal data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Some Kliiv Labs apps are designed for use by children. We do not collect personal data from children who are under the age to provide their personal data or who cannot provide their valid consent under the COPPA. We realize that a child who is under the age to provide valid consent may try to access Kliiv Labs apps and provide consent where it is required. Therefore, we ask all users of the Apps to specify their age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age that requires parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child is using Kliiv Labs apps without your consent, please contact us. Before we remove any information, we may ask for proof of identification to prevent malicious removal of information. If we discover that a child is accessing Kliiv Labs apps without parental consent, we will delete his or her information as soon as possible.

Our applications may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

However, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed.

We will disclose any information we collect, use or receive if required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
